PolyGoody delivers worldwide. Wherever you are, if you like one of our items, you can order from us!

Our products are designed and prepared “On-demand” with Printify. There is therefore a small delay between the order and the shipping of the product (see the "Delivery times" grid at the bottom of this page). Some of them are printed in Europe others in the United States, the delivery times and prices are therefore different depending on the articles and the delivery address. You will find below more details about our delivery rates.

DELIVERY RATES

Our delivery rates are degressive. For most of our items, delivery cost will be cheaper per item if you order several products.

For example, for an order of one Unisex T-shirt delivered in United Kingdom, the delivery costs 4 euros. For an order of three Unisex T-shirts, the delivery costs 2 euros per T-shirt (total 6 euros).

This rule only applies to identical products. For example, an order of several Unisex T-shirts or an order of several zipped hoodies. In the case of an order with several types of products, such as cushion cases and T-shirts, delivery rates will be cumulative because these products are not sent from the same country.

The rates in the grids below are informative. In order to avoid a complicated calculation or to see the rates in your currency, we recommend adding the products you want in your cart, and then from the page of your cart, click on "Check the shipping rate".

DELIVERY TIMES

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a delivery time as these delays depend on the address /country of delivery but also on the products ordered. On the other hand, we can give approximate production times (in working days) for each of our products (the production time is the time between ordering and sending the item).

RETURN

As we work with a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of indicating the right information when you place your order.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order.

Please feel free to contact us with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
